RETURNS BY POST OR PERSON
Returns, Exchanges or Refunds will only be accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving their items. Items that have any tags removed or have been worn or are damaged will not be accepted.
DIIDA will ensure that all garments sent to you are checked and delivered in perfect condition.
Please note that garments are to be returned in their original packaging with your receipt.
We recommend that if you are returning your garment by post or courier, you take a copy of your receipt before you send it .
If you wish to return your garments in person you may do so by visiting one of our stores at either 1077 High St, Armadale, VIC, 3143 or Shop 12, L2, 287 Lonsdale St, Melbourne, VIC, 3000.
Please contact head office via email info@diida.com.au to inform us of your intention to return.

WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURNS
After you have contacted head office please send your return, exchange or refund to 1077 High St, Armadale, VIC, 3143.
We advise you use a reputable courier and use a traceable delivery method to ensure the items are returned to DIIDA.
DIIDA takes no responsibility for any loss of any garments during the returns process.
When a garment has been received by DIIDA, it will undergo a quality check and once approved a refund will be issued within 5 working days.
