All sale or price-reduced purchases made are strictly final once your payment is processed and no further discounts will apply beyond those of the sale event. 

Sale purchases come with the terms and conditions of no refund, no exchange, no return/swap, and all items are sold 'as is' whereby in rare cases may have barely noticeable imperfections or missing tags.

In Store Purchase

For all FULL-PRICED items we offer an Exchange or Credit, only if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.

Items purchased from our SALE EVENTS are strictly final and unfortunately cannot be  accepted for refund, return or exchange.

 

Online Purchase

For all FULL-PRICED items we offer a Refund, Exchange or Credit, only if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.

Returns - In Store & Online Purchases

DIIDA will ensure that all garments sent to you are checked and delivered in perfect condition. Returned items that have any tags removed, show signs of being worn, or are damaged, cannot be accepted for Refund (Online purchases), Return or Exchange.

Purchases are to be returned in their original packaging, with your original receipt. If you are returning your item by mail, you should make a copy of your receipt before you send it to us.

Items purchased from any SALE EVENT are strictly final sale and cannot be accepted for refund, return or exchange. Please choose carefully when purchasing from any SALE EVENT catalogues.

If you wish to return your purchase in person you may do so by visiting our store at 1077 High St, Armadale, VIC, 3143.

Please contact our store via email armadale@diida.com.au to inform us of your intention to return before you do so.

Made To Order

Made to Order items cannot be accepted for Refund, Exchange or Credit. We advise customers to choose carefully before initiating a custom purchase.

 

Where To Send Your Returns

After you have contacted our store via email armadale@diida.com.au, you will be instructed to send your return to DIIDA 1077 High St, Armadale, VIC, 3143.  We advise you use a reputable courier and use a traceable delivery method to ensure the items are returned successfully to DIIDA. DIIDA does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of items during the returns process.

Once a garment has been received by DIIDA, it will undergo a quality check and once approved for return your return entitlement will be issued within 5 days.
