Exchange or Credit are only provided if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase (excludes Sale items).

All Returns (In store & Online)

DIIDA will ensure that all garments sent to you are checked and delivered in perfect condition. Items that have any tags removed or have been worn or are damaged will not be accepted for return. Please note that garments are to be returned in their original packaging with your receipt. We recommend that if you are returning your garment by post or courier, you take a copy of your receipt before you mail/send it.

Items purchased from our ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE are strictly final sale and will not be accepted for return/ exchange.

If you wish to return your garment(s) in person you may do so by visiting our store at 1077 High St, Armadale, VIC, 3143.

Where To Send Your Returns

After you have contacted head office please send your return, exchange or refund to 1077 High St, Armadale, VIC, 3143.  We advise you use a reputable courier and use a traceable delivery method to ensure the items are returned to DIIDA. DIIDA takes no responsibility for any loss of any garments during the returns process.

Once a garment has been received by DIIDA, it will undergo a quality check and once approved the relevant return entitlement will be issued within 5 working days.
